RO Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Process Flow Chart

I. Core Production Process
The production line adopts the industry-standard RO purification + aseptic filling process with compact workflow and full automatic control. Five core procedures ensure stable water quality, hygienic safety and product consistency:
1. Raw Water Pre-Treatment
Raw water goes through multi-stage preliminary purification including quartz sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, sodium ion softening and precision filtration to remove sediment, residual chlorine, suspended solids and calcium/magnesium ions. This process reduces water turbidity and hardness, prevents scaling and clogging of downstream RO membranes, and lays a reliable foundation for the core reverse osmosis purification.
2. RO Reverse Osmosis Purification
As the core purification stage, multi-stage RO membranes separate dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and organic impurities from water under high pressure, with a desalination rate of over 98%. The produced pure water fully meets WHO and national drinking water standards. The system is equipped with CIP cleaning function to maintain stable membrane performance and long service life.
3. Sterilization & Fine Filtration
Purified water is processed with combined UV and ozone double disinfection to thoroughly eliminate microorganisms and bacteria, while optimizing water taste and extending product shelf life. Terminal precision security filtration is set before filling to intercept trace impurities that may be carried in pipelines, ensuring 100% sterile and clean water delivered to the filling section.
4. Aseptic Filling & Sealing
The 3-in-1 monoblock filler integrates container rinsing, gravity filling and screw capping in a fully enclosed aseptic environment. It completes container cleaning, quantitative filling and tight sealing in one continuous process, with precise liquid level control and constant-torque capping to avoid secondary contamination. Different filling heads can be configured for bottles, barrels and pouches to match various packaging forms.
5. Finished Product Packaging
Filled products enter the downstream packaging process: first, light inspection rejects defective products with abnormal liquid level, leaking caps or visible impurities; then container surfaces are air-dried to remove water stains; after that, date coding, sleeve labeling or self-adhesive labeling are completed in sequence; finally, products are grouped via shrink wrapping or case packing and palletized for warehouse storage, forming market-ready finished products.
