Equipment Principle
The machine operates on a rotary continuous working principle, driven by gear transmission and cam indexing mechanism to achieve precise synchronous operation of all three stations.
Empty glass bottles are fed into the rinsing turret via the infeed star wheel. Clamping grippers hold the bottle neck and rotate it 180° with the mouth downward, and sterile water under high pressure rinses the inner wall thoroughly to remove dust and impurities. After draining, bottles are rotated back and transferred to the filling station.
At the filling station, filling valves align accurately with bottle mouths and adopt atmospheric gravity filling technology, which is suitable for low-viscosity non-carbonated liquids. The filling volume is controlled by a precise liquid level principle to ensure consistent filling accuracy and no dripping.
Filled bottles are then conveyed to the capping station. The cap sorter automatically sorts and delivers caps to capping heads, which apply constant torque to tighten caps onto bottle mouths for uniform and leak-proof sealing. Finished products are finally discharged to the downstream conveyor.







Equipment Features
Rinsing, filling and capping processes are integrated in one enclosed frame, reducing intermediate conveying links and secondary pollution risk, with compact layout and small floor space.
All product-contact parts are made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with mirror-polished surface, no sanitary dead corners, easy for cleaning and disinfection, fully compliant with food production specifications.
Compatible with round and square glass bottles with diameter of φ50–φ110mm and height of 150–320mm. Format changeover can be completed by adjusting star wheels and guide rails, with short downtime.
Gravity filling valve with accurate liquid level control ensures filling accuracy within ±1%, effectively reducing material loss and ensuring consistent product volume.

- Variable frequency speed regulation: VFD control system allows flexible adjustment of production speed to match different production demands and product types.
- Standard rinsing configuration: Uses sterile water as rinsing medium with adjustable pressure of 2–3 MPa, ensuring thorough cleaning of bottle inner walls.
- Easy maintenance: Modular design enables quick disassembly and replacement of wearing parts, with low daily operation and maintenance cost.
