Working Principle
The CIP (Cleaning In Place) system completes the whole cleaning process through closed-loop circulation without disassembling production equipment. This split type system adopts independently arranged tanks, including alkali tank, acid tank, hot water tank, clean water tank and return water tank.
The cleaning solution is automatically heated inside the tank. The temperature controller monitors the liquid temperature in real time and adjusts the opening of the steam regulating valve to accurately maintain the preset cleaning temperature. Pressurized by the conveying pump, the cleaning solution is delivered into the inner cavities of storage tanks, pipelines and production equipment to be cleaned, and circulates continuously in the closed loop. Through hydraulic scouring combined with chemical decomposition of acid and alkali solution, it thoroughly removes material residues, dirt and microorganisms on the inner wall of equipment.
The cleaning process can sequentially complete alkali washing, acid washing and hot water rinsing according to process requirements, with process switching realized by manual operation of corresponding pipeline valves. The tank is equipped with automatic liquid level alarm. When the concentration is insufficient, concentrated acid and alkali are added manually; when water is insufficient, manual water replenishment is performed, balancing operation stability and flexibility.

- Multi-level automation: Provides three control levels: fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual. The semi-automatic type realizes automatic temperature control with distribution cabinet, balancing cost and ease of use.
- Automatic liquid level alarm: High and low liquid level in the tank is automatically alarmed and indicated to remind timely water and liquid replenishment, ensuring stable system operation.
- Hygienic standard manufacturing: Full food-grade stainless steel structure with fully closed pipeline circulation, avoiding secondary pollution and complying with food and pharmaceutical industry hygiene specifications.
