The system can independently perform acid washing, alkali washing, hot water flushing and other processes, and can also execute fully automatic cleaning according to customized cleaning procedures. It can not only thoroughly clean equipment and control microbial growth, but also be configured with semi-automatic or fully automatic control systems based on customer requirements. With low equipment investment and low professional requirements for operators, it can be put into production after proper training, making it ideal cleaning supporting equipment for small and medium-sized food production lines.
Working Principle
CIP (Cleaning In Place) system completes the whole cleaning process through closed-loop circulation without disassembling production equipment. The system is equipped with acid solution tank, alkali solution tank and clean water tank integrated on a single frame.
According to the process requirements, the corresponding cleaning solution is heated to the set temperature through the coil heater, then pressurized by the conveying pump and delivered into the tanks, pipelines and internal cavities of production equipment to be cleaned. The cleaning solution circulates continuously in the closed loop. Through hydraulic scouring combined with the chemical decomposition effect of acid and alkali solution, it completely removes residual materials, dirt and microorganisms on the inner wall of equipment.
The cleaning process can sequentially complete multiple procedures such as acid washing, alkali washing and hot water rinsing according to the preset program. The whole process runs in closed pipelines and containers, which greatly reduces the risk of secondary pollution and ensures hygienic production standards.

- Energy & material saving design: Equipped with external circulation system to effectively reduce energy consumption; water recovery system can reduce the consumption of CIP water and concentrated acid/alkali.
