Equipment Principle
The machine adopts rotary continuous working principle, driven by gear transmission and cam indexing mechanism to realize precise synchronous operation of filling and seaming stations.
Empty cans are fed into the machine via the infeed screw and star wheel, and are transferred to the filling turret accurately. For the YDGF aluminum can series, isobaric filling technology is applied: the filling chamber maintains the same pressure as the inside of the can, and carbonated liquid is filled under constant pressure to avoid CO₂ loss and foaming, ensuring stable gas content. For the YRGF tinplate can series, atmospheric gravity filling is adopted, suitable for normal or high-temperature filling of non-carbonated liquids, with precise liquid level control to guarantee consistent filling volume.
After filling, cans are transferred to the seaming station via the rotary star wheel. The seaming head completes double-roll seaming to seal the can body and lid tightly, ensuring leak-proof and airtight sealing to extend product shelf life. Finished cans are finally discharged to the downstream conveyor through the outfeed star wheel.
