Product Overview
This bottle washing machine is designed for automatic cleaning of both inner and outer surfaces of cylindrical bottles made of various materials, including standard glass bottles and plastic bottles.
It adopts a rotary disc type structure. Bottles delivered from the upstream bottle feeder enter the machine via the conveyor belt, and are separated individually by the screw distributing mechanism. Then bottles enter the infeed turntable in sequence, and are gripped and flipped by the clamping mechanism so that all bottle mouths face downward uniformly.
During rotary conveying, bottles go through purified water flushing and clean compressed air blowing in sequence to complete the full cleaning process. After cleaning, finished bottles are transferred to the outfeed turntable, then discharged onto the outlet conveyor belt and delivered to subsequent processes.

- Food-grade hygienic construction All parts in contact with bottles and cleaning medium are made of food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and sanitize, fully complying with food and pharmaceutical production hygiene standards.
- Fully automatic in-line integration Can be seamlessly connected with upstream bottle feeding equipment and downstream filling machines. The entire cleaning process runs fully automatically without manual intervention, which improves production efficiency and reduces labor cost.
Working Principle
Bottles enter the machine through the inlet conveyor, and are evenly separated into single bottles by the screw distribution mechanism, then fed into the infeed turntable one by one.
The clamping mechanism grips each bottle and flips it to a mouth-down orientation. As the main rotary turntable rotates, bottles first pass through the purified water rinsing station, where high-pressure purified water flushes both inner and outer bottle walls to thoroughly remove dust and impurities.
After rinsing, bottles move to the air blowing station, where clean dry compressed air blows off residual water droplets inside and outside the bottles. Finally, bottles are flipped back to the upright position at the outfeed turntable and discharged onto the outlet conveyor, completing the whole automatic bottle cleaning process.
