Product Overview
This machine is an upgraded product developed for automatic bottle sorting of round, flat and square containers in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other light industry sectors.
The main body is fabricated with high-quality stainless steel, and other components adopt non-toxic and durable materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems are fitted with partially imported components. The entire working process is controlled by PLC programming, ensuring low failure rate and high operational reliability.
It supports convenient in-line connection: sorted bottles can be directly connected to an air conveyor or chain conveyor. When operating in production line, it is equipped with bottle jam alarm function for both air conveyor and chain conveyor. The equipment stops automatically when an alarm is triggered, and restarts automatically once the fault is cleared.
With wide application range and strong adaptability, one machine is compatible with multiple bottle types, which effectively reduces equipment investment cost. The machine is equipped with a bottle-dialing height adjustment assembly, allowing bottle type change via simple vertical adjustment. Optional automatic lifting function for the main unit is available to match the air conveyor height for different bottle specifications.

Working Principle
Empty bottles are fed into the rotating turntable of the main sorting unit through the inclined elevator. Driven by the rotating turret and guided by the bottle-dialing and positioning mechanisms, disordered empty bottles are sorted into uniformly oriented and neatly arranged bottles.
Sorted bottles are delivered through the outlet conveying system to the downstream air conveyor or chain conveyor, and then fed into subsequent processes such as filling. The PLC system monitors the whole operation status in real time. When bottle jam or other abnormalities are detected, it triggers an alarm and stops the machine automatically. After the fault is cleared, the machine resumes operation automatically, realizing fully automatic unmanned bottle sorting.
