Overview

Security filters (precision filters) are widely used industrial filter materials. The filter consists of a stainless steel shell and filter elements. Liquid flows from the outside in through the filter elements, collects the flow, and exits from the center. Impurities in the liquid are trapped on the surface of the filter elements, thus achieving filtration and purification.

Material Structure and Applications

Cylindrical shell, 304 or 316L stainless steel; equipped with single or multiple filter elements. Priuzer series security filters are often installed after pressure filters to remove fine micro-entrants from liquids. Sometimes they are also installed at the end of a complete water treatment system to prevent fine particles from entering the finished water.

Performance characteristics

  1. High filtration accuracy, uniform filter element pore size; effective for subsequent processes.
  2. Low filtration resistance, high flow rate, strong dirt-holding capacity, and long service life.
  3. High cleanliness of filter element material, no contamination to the filtered media.
  4. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and other chemical solvents.
  5. High strength, high temperature resistance, and the filter element is not easily deformed.
  6. Low price, low operating costs, easy to clean, and the filter element is replaceable.
