Built with a stainless steel body, the machine is rust-resistant, long-lasting and easy for daily cleaning — a simple wipe is enough to keep it clean. It works with a wide range of round plastic bottles and glass bottles, and can also handle square bottles, delivering fast bottle alignment for broad application scenarios.
It is designed for automatic conveying of round and square bottles. It can be directly connected to the conveyor of labeling machines, filling machines and capping machines to feed bottles automatically and boost production efficiency. It can also be installed at the intermediate connection of production lines as a buffer platform to shorten the total conveyor length.
The applicable bottle size can be freely adjusted. The bottle conveying speed ranges from 30 to 200 bottles per minute with stepless speed regulation, which facilitates flexible production arrangement.

Working Principle
The machine adopts a rotary turntable structure. Workers place empty bottles onto the rotating turntable manually. Driven by the motor, the turntable rotates at a constant speed. Under the guidance of the adjustable guide mechanism, disordered bottles are arranged in an orderly manner and smoothly delivered to the outlet conveyor, then fed into downstream equipment such as labeling machines, filling machines and capping machines.
By adjusting the position of guide components, the machine can adapt to bottles of different sizes. By adjusting the rotation speed of the turntable, the bottle feeding speed can be adjusted to match production lines of different capacities. When installed in the middle of a production line, it acts as a buffer station to balance the speed difference between front and rear processes and optimize line operation.
