Product Overview
Fabricated from 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with mirror-polished wetted surfaces, the strainer fully complies with food industry hygiene standards. The two parallel filter housings are connected via sanitary three-way valves, enabling seamless switching between working and standby units without interrupting production.
It adopts inline pipeline installation with quick-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly. It can be fitted with stainless steel filter screens or cartridge elements of different micron ratings, to flexibly remove particulate impurities, debris and suspended solids from liquid food products. It is an essential inline protection device for food processing pipelines.
Key Features
- Food-grade sanitary construction All wetted parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel with mirror-polished finish, free of sanitary dead corners, easy to clean and sanitize, and fully meet food production hygiene requirements.
- Non-stop continuous operation The dual-housing parallel design with three-way switching valves allows immediate switching between working and standby units. Filter element cleaning and replacement can be done without shutting down the production line, greatly reducing downtime loss.
- Sanitary quick-clamp connection Adopts standard sanitary clamp connections for easy installation, disassembly and maintenance. It can be directly connected to existing food-grade production pipelines without complex modification.
- Real-time pressure monitoring Equipped with a pressure gauge to display the pressure difference in real time. Operators can judge the clogging degree of the filter element according to pressure changes and arrange maintenance in time.
- Flexible filtration options Supports matching with stainless steel filter screens or filter cartridges of different precision grades, from coarse impurity removal to fine filtration, to adapt to different food materials and process requirements.
Working Principle
Liquid material enters the strainer from the inlet, and is directed into one of the two filter housings through the three-way switching valve. When passing through the filter element / filter screen inside the housing, solid impurities, debris and suspended particles are intercepted, while the clarified liquid flows out from the outlet.
When the filter element becomes clogged and the pressure drop rises to the set value, the operator rotates the switching valve to divert the flow to the standby filter housing immediately. Production remains uninterrupted, and the clogged housing can be opened for filter element cleaning or replacement.
