Product Overview

This plate-type UHT sterilization system adopts ultra-high temperature treatment process to achieve strict sterilization of liquid dairy products, tea beverages and fruit juices, which is perfectly matched with subsequent aseptic packaging. The sterilization temperature reaches 137℃ with a holding time of 3–5 seconds. This short-time high-temperature sterilization method can thoroughly kill harmful microorganisms while maximally preserving the original nutrition, color, luster and flavor of beverages and dairy products.

The equipment features high heat recovery rate, compact and elegant structure, and stable temperature control. It supports both hot filling with automatic discharge temperature control and cold filling processes, and can be flexibly matched with different production line configurations. The whole machine adopts fully automatic control mode with PLC control system and touch screen display, realizing stable and reliable unattended production operation.

Working Principle

The equipment works on the ultra-high temperature instantaneous (UHT) sterilization principle based on plate heat exchange. Materials continuously flow in the fully closed plate heat exchanger, and go through three stages: preheating, high-temperature sterilization and cooling in sequence.

First, the low-temperature raw material enters the heat recovery section, and absorbs the heat of the sterilized high-temperature material through the plate heat exchanger to realize preheating; then it enters the heating section and is rapidly heated to 105–143℃ by steam, and maintains the set sterilization time in the holding tube to completely kill harmful microorganisms and spores; finally, the sterilized high-temperature material enters the cooling section and is cooled to the required filling temperature through heat recovery and cooling water.

The whole process is completed in a fully closed food-grade stainless steel pipeline without external pollution. The short high-temperature duration ensures thorough sterilization while maximally retaining the original flavor, color and nutritional components of the product.
