Product Overview
This tubular ultra-high temperature sterilization machine is specially used for continuous sterilization of fruit juice, tea beverages, milk beverages and similar liquid products. It adopts all-stainless steel frame and pipeline structure, equipped with international first-tier brand electrical components, and realizes fully automatic control via Siemens touch screen and PLC system.
The equipment can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream equipment such as homogenizers and deaerators. It covers the whole process from CIP cleaning, equipment self-sterilization to material sterilization, with full automatic control and data recording. While ensuring thorough sterilization effect, it maximally retains the original flavor, nutrition and sensory quality of products, making it core sterilization equipment for medium and large beverage and food production lines.


Equipment Features
- High thermal efficiency Up to 90% heat recovery efficiency, greatly reducing steam and cooling water consumption and lowering production operation cost.

Working Principle
The equipment adopts the principle of ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization (UHT). Materials flow continuously in the closed tubular heat exchanger, and go through three stages: preheating, high-temperature sterilization and cooling in sequence.
First, the low-temperature material enters the heat recovery section to preheat by absorbing the heat of the sterilized high-temperature material; then it enters the heating section and is rapidly heated to 115–137℃ by steam or hot water, and maintains the set sterilization time in the holding tube to completely kill harmful microorganisms and spores; finally, the sterilized high-temperature material enters the cooling section to be cooled to the required filling temperature.
The whole process is completed in a fully closed food-grade stainless steel pipeline, with no external pollution and short high-temperature duration, which can ensure thorough sterilization while maximally retaining the original flavor, color and nutritional components of the product.
Process Parameters
Three standard process routes are available to match different filling methods:
- For aseptic packaging: 5℃ → 65℃ (homogenization) → 137℃ (3–5s holding) → 20–25℃
- For hot filling: 5℃ → 65℃ (homogenization) → 115℃/125℃ (5–15s holding) → 88–90℃
- For warm filling: 5℃ → 65℃ (homogenization) → 115℃/125℃ (5–15s holding) → 75–78℃
