Product Overview

This machine is a newly optimized model developed by absorbing and digesting advanced technology from similar German products, dedicated to secondary sterilization of dairy products, beverages and jellies.

All parts in contact with packaged products are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the heavy-duty chain plates and sprockets are also fabricated with the same material, delivering excellent acid and alkali resistance as well as corrosion resistance. The water tank is heated by steam, and the steam consumption is automatically controlled by a steam solenoid valve. The hot water can be fully recycled for high energy efficiency. The whole machine features reasonable structural design, fine manufacturing, stable operation and elegant appearance.

Equipment Features

  1. Continuous water bath sterilization with high efficiency Adopts tunnel-type continuous water bath sterilization mode with a production capacity of 1–5T/H. Sterilization temperature is below 98℃, and sterilization time is adjustable from 10 to 35 minutes with stepless speed regulation, perfectly suitable for large-scale continuous production.
  2. Food-grade all-stainless steel structure All product-contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, and the chain plates and sprockets adopt the same material. It has excellent acid-alkali and corrosion resistance, is easy to clean, and fully complies with food production hygiene standards.
  3. Automatic temperature control with energy-saving heating The water tank is heated by steam, and the steam supply is automatically regulated by a steam solenoid valve to maintain stable water temperature. The hot water is fully recycled during operation, which effectively reduces steam consumption and long-term operation cost.
  4. Stepless speed regulation for flexible adaptation The chain belt speed is adjustable from 0.17 to 10 m/min with stepless control. Both sterilization time and cooling time can be flexibly adjusted to match different product process requirements and production capacity demands.
  5. Integrated sterilization & cooling design Integrates pasteurization section and cooling section in one unit. After sterilization, products directly enter the cooling section and are cooled down to about 20℃, completing the whole post-packaging sterilization process in a single continuous pass.
  6. Stable operation with easy maintenance Reasonable overall structure and fine manufacturing ensure stable and reliable long-term operation. It is equipped with a centrifugal fan for auxiliary air drying. The machine has a sturdy structure and requires simple daily maintenance.

Working Principle

Packaged products are fed into the equipment from the inlet end, and are conveyed at a constant speed by the chain plate conveyor through the constant-temperature water bath sterilization tank. They are kept at the preset temperature (≤98℃) for the set sterilization duration to complete secondary pasteurization, which effectively kills residual microorganisms on packaging and inside products.

After sterilization, products are conveyed into the cooling section by the chain belt, and cooled down to around 20℃ by cooling water. Finally, finished products are discharged from the outlet end. The water tank is heated by steam, and the steam solenoid valve automatically controls steam supply to maintain stable water temperature. Hot water is recycled throughout the process to reduce energy consumption.
