Product Overview
Developed by absorbing advanced design concepts from foreign equivalent equipment, this machine adopts a four-stage continuous spray treatment process: circulating warm water preheating, circulating hot water sterilization, circulating warm water pre-cooling, and final cooling water spray cooling.
It is equipped with an automatic sterilization temperature control system and stepless adjustable conveyor speed, so that sterilization duration can be flexibly adjusted to match different process requirements. It is widely applied for sterilization and cooling of various bottled and canned products including acidic fruit juice beverages, electrolyte drinks, wines and condiments. The equipment can be fully designed and customized according to the user’s specific sterilization conditions and production capacity demands.

- Four-stage gradient spray process The whole machine is divided into four functional sections: preheating, sterilization, pre-cooling and final cooling. Products go through gradual temperature rise and fall, which avoids thermal shock to packaging and contents, ensuring both stable sterilization effect and intact product quality.
- Precise automatic control & stepless speed regulation Sterilization temperature is automatically controlled with high precision. The conveyor belt speed is stepless adjustable within 110–553 mm/min, so that sterilization duration can be flexibly set to match different product process requirements.
- Circulating water system for energy efficiency Adopts a closed-loop circulating water system with cascade heat utilization, which effectively reduces steam and cooling water consumption and significantly lowers long-term operation cost.
- Food-grade all-stainless steel construction The whole machine body and all product-contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel, with smooth surface, excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning performance, fully complying with food production hygiene standards.
- Customizable engineering design The equipment can be fully designed and manufactured according to the user’s specific sterilization process parameters, production capacity and workshop layout requirements, with strong process adaptability.
- Reliable continuous production Tunnel-type continuous structure enables uninterrupted in-line production with stable and reliable operation. It greatly improves production efficiency and is perfectly suitable for large-scale industrial production lines.
Working Principle
Packaged products are fed onto the mesh conveyor belt at the inlet, and pass through each functional section continuously at a constant speed.
First, products enter the preheating section, where circulating warm water is uniformly sprayed onto the product surface to raise temperature gradually and avoid thermal shock. Then they move into the sterilization section, where steam-heated circulating hot water is sprayed to maintain products at the preset sterilization temperature for the required duration to complete pasteurization.
After sterilization, products enter the pre-cooling section and are cooled down gradually by circulating warm water spray. Finally, they pass through the cooling section and are cooled to the required outlet temperature by cold water spray.
All spray water is recycled after filtration and temperature regulation. The whole process runs continuously and automatically, with uniform temperature distribution and consistent sterilization effect.
