Product Brief

This DG series single-layer storage tank is mainly applied for temporary storage and mixing of various liquid materials in dairy, juice beverage, beer brewing, chemical and bioengineering industries. It is available in both non-agitating and agitating configurations with multiple impeller types to match different process demands. Fabricated with food-grade stainless steel and hygienic structure, it features reliable performance, easy operation and flexible configuration, serving as universal storage and mixing equipment for liquid processing production lines.

Technical Description

  • Material: Fully made of high-quality SUS304-2B or SUS316L stainless steel, cylinder wall thickness: 3–4mm.
  • Structure Features: Single-layer cylindrical tank body, supported by triangular or cylindrical support legs.
  • Agitation Options: Available in non-agitating or agitating version. Agitation types include paddle type, anchor type, propeller type and frame type.
