Principle & Features
The agitator consists of two closely matched components: a high-speed rotating rotor and a fixed stator. During operation, the high-speed emulsifying head throws materials at the rotor center toward the stator at high speed. When passing through the tooth gaps between rotor and stator, materials undergo intense shearing, collision and pulverization, thus achieving fine and uniform emulsification effect.
