Technical Description

  • Material: Tank body made of imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel; jacket thickness: 1.5mm; outer PU polyurethane insulation layer for stable temperature retention.
  • Structure Features: Adopts internal circulation mode with asymmetric speed-adjustable stirring system, enabling fast temperature drop of materials while greatly reducing damage to material viscosity.
  • Heat Transfer Design: Unique medium diversion structure ensures even distribution of cooling medium in the jacket, eliminates medium short circuit and delivers high-efficiency heat transfer effect.
  • Hygienic Design: Equipped with automatic spray cleaning head inside the tank, which ensures thorough cleaning and complies with GMP production standards.
