Working Principle
The machine adopts CO2 laser marking technology. The laser generator emits a high-energy laser beam, which is focused onto the surface of the moving product through the optical system.
The laser energy causes the surface material of the product to evaporate or undergo physical/chemical changes, thus engraving clear and permanent marks including characters, numbers, patterns and two-dimensional codes on the product surface.
The whole process is non-contact, causing no damage to products. It supports continuous online marking on high-speed production lines. The engraved marks are permanent, wear-resistant and tamper-proof, which is ideal for product traceability and quality identification.
