Product Overview
This robotic carton palletizer automatically arranges packed cartons in preset patterns and stacks them onto pallets. It supports stacking of multiple layers, and completed full pallets are ready for forklift transportation to warehouse storage.
The machine realizes intelligent operation management, which is simple and easy to operate and master. It can greatly reduce on-site labor demand and lower labor intensity, effectively improving the automation level of production and logistics.
Carton size can be fully customized according to customer requirements, and pallet size is determined based on the selected palletizing arrangement mode.

Working Process
1. Finished Product Infeed Section
Cartons are conveyed to the designated position of the gripper via the top chain conveyor according to the preset arrangement, to complete sorting and alignment. Positioning cylinders on the conveyor separate cartons into columns in accordance with the preset program, ensuring accurate and stable gripping by the gripper.
2. Automatic Palletizing Unit
When a group (column) of sorted finished cartons is formed, the lifting mechanism drives the gripping fixture to move above the cartons. The lifter descends, grips the cartons firmly and lifts up smoothly, then moves horizontally to the pallet position. It descends again and places the cartons onto the outer row of the pallet to complete one palletizing cycle. The lifting, forward and backward movements of the palletizing unit are driven by motor and chain transmission system.
3. Pallet Handling Section
- Empty pallets are manually placed at the designated position for palletizing operation.
- After the pallet is fully stacked to the preset number of layers, the full pallet is transported out of the station by forklift.
