- Non-contact damage-free printing Non-contact coding method causes no scratch or damage to product surfaces and packaging. It delivers clear, legible and consistent printing effect, and perfectly adapts to products with irregular, curved or fragile surfaces.
- Broad material & ink compatibility Supports both dye-based and soft pigment inks to match different substrate characteristics. It works stably on plastic, glass, metal, paper, wood and almost all common industrial materials.
- High-speed online production matching Supports up to 5 lines of printing per single nozzle, with maximum production line speed up to 278 m/min. It fully matches high-speed continuous production lines, ensuring clear and accurate coding without affecting production rhythm.
- Flexible configuration options Available in multiple specifications with different configurations. Optional IP65 protection grade is available for humid and harsh production environments. Throat tube length and ink type can be selected according to actual on-site layout and process demands.
- Large message storage capacity Supports storage of over 250 sets of complex messages. Users can freely edit production dates, batch numbers, expiration dates, shift codes and other contents, which is flexible and convenient for production management.
- Stable & reliable long-term operation Mature and stable continuous inkjet system with low failure rate and simple daily maintenance. It can run stably under long-term continuous production conditions, ensuring high overall production efficiency and low operation cost.
Working Principle
The machine adopts continuous inkjet (CIJ) technology. Ink is pressurized inside the system and ejected from the nozzle to form a continuous ink stream. The ink stream is broken into uniform tiny ink droplets through high-frequency vibration, and each ink droplet is charged with a specific electric quantity according to the preset coding content.
When passing through the high-voltage deflection electric field, charged ink droplets deflect at different angles and fly onto the surface of moving products, forming required characters, numbers or patterns. Uncharged ink droplets are recycled by the recovery system. The whole process runs in a non-contact manner and supports continuous high-speed operation, which is ideal for online high-speed production lines.
