Working Principle
Products are fed onto the infeed conveyor and conveyed into the sealing station. The photoelectric detection sensor identifies the position and size of products, and the system automatically adjusts the packaging length accordingly.
The film feeding mechanism delivers heat shrink film and completes perforation automatically. The L-type sealing blade cuts and seals the film to wrap the product completely. The sealed product is then automatically conveyed into the heat shrink tunnel.
Inside the shrink tunnel, hot air circulates evenly to heat the shrink film, which shrinks tightly and smoothly onto the product surface. After cooling, the finished packaged product is discharged from the outlet. Waste film is automatically rewound by the induction motor. The whole process runs continuously and automatically, with stable sealing quality and consistent shrink effect.
