Product Overview

The generator is built with comprehensive safety design and user-friendly operation logic, delivering reliable and efficient steam supply for continuous industrial production.

It is equipped with six safety protection systems, including electric leakage protection, water shortage protection, grounding protection, steam overpressure protection, overcurrent protection and power supply protection, which fully guarantee personal safety and equipment durability during operation.

For operation convenience, it supports one-key start and stop to enter or exit fully automatic running mode after power connection. When the water level inside the boiler drops, the control system automatically drives the water supply pump to replenish water from the water tank, realizing unattended continuous steam supply.

To achieve efficient and reasonable electric energy utilization, the total heating power is divided into multiple stages, which are automatically switched on and off in cycle by the controller. Users only need to select the required heating power via corresponding circuit breakers or switching switches. The cyclic switching of heating tubes effectively reduces the impact on the power grid during equipment operation.

Equipment Features

1. Six-fold comprehensive safety protection

  • Leakage protection: The earth leakage circuit breaker cuts off power supply immediately in case of electric leakage, ensuring personal operation safety.
  • Water shortage protection: Automatically cuts off the control circuit of heating tubes when water level is insufficient to prevent dry-burning damage, and triggers a water shortage alarm indicator.
  • Grounding protection: Conducts leakage current to the ground through the grounding wire when the boiler shell is electrified. The grounding resistance shall not exceed 4Ω with reliable buried grounding electrodes.
  • Steam overpressure protection: The safety valve activates automatically to release steam and reduce pressure when steam pressure exceeds the preset upper limit.
  • Overcurrent protection: The leakage breaker trips automatically under overload or over-voltage operating conditions.
  • Power supply protection: Provides reliable power-off protection when abnormalities such as over-voltage, under-voltage or phase failure are detected by the electronic monitoring system.

2. Fully automatic user-friendly operation

  • One-key control: After power is connected to the electric control cabinet, the boiler enters or exits fully automatic operation with a single operation, requiring no complex manual adjustment.
  • Automatic water replenishment: The control system automatically starts the water supply pump to replenish water from the water tank into the boiler when internal water volume decreases, ensuring stable continuous steam output.

3. Energy-saving segmented heating design

The heating power is divided into multiple stages and switched on/off cyclically by the controller. Users can flexibly select the heating power level according to actual steam demand. This segmented cyclic switching design greatly reduces the impact on the power grid during operation and realizes reasonable and efficient electric energy utilization.

Working Principle

After the equipment is powered on and started, the electric heating tubes heat the water inside the boiler to generate saturated steam. The control system monitors the internal water level and steam pressure in real time throughout the whole operation process.

When the water level drops, the water replenishment pump automatically draws water from the water tank and supplements it into the boiler to maintain a stable working water level. When the steam pressure reaches the set upper value, heating tubes stop working in stages; when the pressure drops below the lower threshold, heating tubes are put into operation again in sequence.

All safety protection systems run synchronously to monitor the operating status. In case of any abnormality such as water shortage, overpressure, electric leakage or overcurrent, the equipment triggers corresponding protection actions and alarms immediately to ensure safe, stable and reliable long-term operation.
