Product Brief
This ZL series double-channel pulper adopts two-stage series beating structure, completing coarse and fine pulping in one unit for finer pulp texture and higher pulp yield. It automatically separates peels, seeds and residues from fine pulp, with replaceable screens for adjustable fineness. Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, it is ideal for high-quality jam, fruit puree and juice production lines pursuing fine texture and high raw material utilization.
Equipment Principle
The machine works on two-stage centrifugal beating and screening principle. Raw materials enter the first-stage pulping chamber from the hopper, where the high-speed beater performs coarse beating. Coarse residues such as peels and seeds are intercepted by the first-stage screen and discharged separately, while the primary pulp passes through the screen and flows into the second-stage pulping chamber automatically.
In the second chamber, the material undergoes secondary fine beating and screening. The finer pulp passes through the higher-density screen and is discharged from the pulp outlet, while the remaining fine residues are discharged independently. The two-stage series design achieves more sufficient pulping, finer pulp texture and higher pulp yield compared with single-channel models.
