The machine operates on the dual-screw continuous extrusion principle. Two parallel screw shafts rotate synchronously toward the pomace outlet, with progressively increasing root diameter and narrowing screw pitch. As materials are conveyed forward by the screws, the cavity volume shrinks continuously, generating steady and uniform squeezing pressure to fully extract juice from fruits and vegetables.
The extracted juice permeates through the precision filter screen and flows into the bottom juice collector. Dehydrated pomace is discharged through the annular gap between the screw terminal and the pressure regulating head. By adjusting the gap width, operators can control the discharge resistance to tune pomace dryness and juice yield according to specific raw material characteristics and process requirements.
