Equipment Principle

The machine operates on the continuous belt extrusion principle. Materials are uniformly distributed between the upper and lower filter belts through the feeding device. Driven by the transmission system, the two filter belts move synchronously and clamp the materials to pass through a series of bending rollers and pneumatic pressure rollers arranged in stages.

With the gradual increase of pressing force and the squeezing action of staggered bending rollers, the juice contained in the materials is continuously extruded. The juice permeates through the filter belt and is collected into the juice tray, while the dehydrated pomace is discharged as filter cake from the tail end. The machine is equipped with an automatic belt washing system, and the washing water is recycled after filtration to ensure continuous cleaning of the filter belt and stable operation efficiency.

  • Food-grade hygienic construction: Made of full stainless steel and food-grade materials, complying with food hygiene standards. Key components such as filter belts, air bags and bearings adopt well-known brands for reliable stability.
  • Adjustable filter belt: The running speed of the filter belt is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the upper and lower filter belts are interchangeable.
  • Stable operation guarantee: Equipped with automatic deviation correction device and filter belt limit switch for double protection. Circulating filtered belt washing water saves water consumption.
  • Fully automatic control: Integrated automatic control system with simple operation and easy daily maintenance.
