Equipment Principle
The motor drives the scraper to rotate at high speed through belt transmission. When fruits are fed into the machine from the inlet, the pulp distributing tray evenly disperses the materials onto the scraper and screen cylinder.
Driven by the rotating scraper and the guide angle, materials move spirally along the cylinder toward the outlet end. During the movement between the scraper and screen cylinder, materials are crushed and rubbed under centrifugal force. Juice and pulpy flesh pass through the screen holes and are delivered to the next process, while peels, seeds and coarse residues are discharged from the residue hopper automatically, completing automatic pulp-residue separation.
