Equipment Principle

Materials are fed into the machine from the infeed end, and are conveyed forward while continuously tumbling under the uniform rotation of parallel nylon brush rollers. Multiple rows of high-pressure spray nozzles arranged above the tank spray cleaning water from all angles to flush the material surface. The rotating brush rollers generate friction to strip off stubborn mud, dust and surface residues thoroughly.

The used washing water flows into the lower water tank, is filtered by the built-in filtration device and recycled for spraying, effectively reducing water consumption. Cleaned materials are finally discharged from the outfeed end automatically. The whole process realizes continuous automatic feeding, washing and discharging, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream production equipment.
