Equipment Principle

The machine integrates a rotary crushing device at the feed hopper and a reducing-diameter spiral extrusion chamber below. After fruits and vegetables are fed into the hopper, the high-speed rotating crushing cutter first cuts large hard raw materials into uniform small particles, which automatically fall into the lower spiral cavity.

Driven by the drive motor, the screw shaft rotates continuously to push materials forward along the cavity. As the screw pitch gradually narrows, the internal pressure increases steadily to fully squeeze the materials. The extracted juice flows out through the precision filter screen at the bottom of the cavity, while dehydrated pomace is continuously discharged from the tail outlet. The integrated crushing and squeezing structure effectively improves juice yield for hard raw materials and simplifies the production process.
