Equipment Principle

The machine operates on the centrifugal beating and screening principle. Raw materials are fed into the pulping chamber through the hopper. Driven by the motor, the high-speed rotating beater assembly continuously beats, rubs and squeezes the materials. Fine pulp permeates through the precision screen mesh and flows out from the pulp outlet, while peels, seeds and coarse fibers are retained by the screen, pushed forward by the spiral structure and discharged from the residue outlet. The scraper gap is adjustable, and screens with various apertures are optional to match different pulp fineness requirements.
