Equipment Principle
The machine works on the dual cleaning principle of bubble surfing + spray rinsing. Driven by the high-pressure air pump, the aeration device generates massive continuous bubbles in the water tank, making fruits and vegetables roll and tumble constantly in water to loosen and strip off surface sediment, dust and attachments.
Materials are conveyed forward slowly by the perforated mesh belt. When lifted to the upper discharge section, they receive all-around high-pressure spray rinsing to wash away residual dirt thoroughly. The washing water is filtered and recycled inside the tank to reduce water consumption. The whole process realizes continuous automatic feeding, cleaning and discharging, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream production equipment.
