Equipment Principle
The machine operates on the screw extrusion principle. Driven by the motor, the screw shaft rotates continuously to push materials forward along the screw channel. As the screw pitch gradually decreases, the internal cavity is compressed, generating steady extrusion pressure to squeeze juice out of the fruit and vegetable materials. The extracted juice flows out through the precision filter screen at the bottom, while dehydrated pomace is discharged from the tail outlet.
Single-spiral models are suitable for soft and medium-hard fruits and vegetables, with simple structure and easy operation. Models with integrated crushing function are equipped with a crushing device at the feed inlet, which pre-breaks large raw materials before extrusion, improving processing efficiency for hard fruits and vegetables. Double-spiral models adopt dual-screw mutual extrusion structure, delivering more sufficient squeezing, higher juice yield and lower moisture content in pomace, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
