This hydraulic high viscosity planetary stirring cooking pot is specially designed for cooking, stewing and mixing of high-viscosity materials. It adopts one-piece stamped thickened 304 stainless steel hemispherical pot body, matched with a planetary stirring structure to deliver dead-angle-free mixing and uniform heating.
With multiple heating options, variable frequency speed regulation and flexible control modes, it is widely used for processing high-viscosity food products such as sauces, fillings, candies and pastes.
Planetary dead-angle-free stirring The agitator performs planetary motion and fully fits the pot wall, thoroughly scraping the bottom and side of the pot to prevent material scorching, which is especially suitable for high-viscosity materials.
One-piece stamped thickened pot body The hemispherical inner pot is made of thickened 304 stainless steel via one-time stamping. It is sturdy and durable with uniform heating performance, fully complying with food hygiene standards.
Diversified heating options Supports gas (natural gas / LPG), steam, electric heating and electromagnetic heating, which can be flexibly selected according to on-site working conditions.
Variable frequency speed regulation Stirring speed is adjustable from 0 to 40r/min via frequency conversion, adapting to the processing requirements of different materials and processes.
