Product Overview
It adopts an integrated skid-mounted structure that integrates pretreatment, RO main unit and control system on a single frame, featuring small footprint, fast installation, simple operation and stable operation. It is a cost-effective solution for small production enterprises to meet water quality standards and reduce labor costs.
This series is manufactured in strict compliance with food-grade hygiene standards. All pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel, and it is equipped with food-grade reverse osmosis membrane elements and fully automatic control valves as standard. It realizes fully automatic operation of the whole process including raw water pressurization, filtration, adsorption, softening and RO desalination. With a daily water production capacity of 12–48 tons, the effluent quality stably meets the national Bottled Purified Drinking Water Standard. It can fully meet the production water demand of small beverage factories, barreled water stations, tea shops, brewing workshops and condiment processing plants. Meanwhile, single-stage or double-stage RO process can be flexibly selected according to raw water quality to adapt to different inlet water conditions and product water requirements.

Equipment Features
Pretreatment and RO main unit are integrated on the same frame, with a footprint of only 1–3 m², easy for installation and transportation.
Complete commissioning is finished before delivery, and the system can start producing water immediately after connecting water and electricity on site.
Start and stop are linked by liquid level, with automatic flushing protection, no manual operation required.
304 stainless steel pipelines and frame, no sanitary dead corners, complying with food production specifications.
- Stable desalination performance: Equipped with industrial-grade reverse osmosis membranes as standard, with desalination rate ≥98% and continuously stable effluent quality.
- Multiple safety protections: High and low pressure protection, overload protection, water shortage protection and electric leakage protection ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Low energy consumption: Matched design of low-power pump units, low power consumption per ton of water, and low daily operating cost.
- Modular upgrade capability: Double-stage RO, EDI module, remote monitoring and other functions can be upgraded as required.
- Easy maintenance: Convenient replacement of filter elements and membrane elements, simple daily maintenance, lowering operation and maintenance thresholds.
- Customized adaptation: Pretreatment configuration can be adjusted according to raw water quality, adapting to various water sources such as well water and tap water.
Equipment Principle
The core principle of reverse osmosis technology is to utilize the selective sieving property of semipermeable membranes to achieve physical separation of water molecules and dissolved impurities driven by pressure. The small-scale RO system provides an operating pressure of 1.0–1.4 MPa for raw water through a high-pressure pump, forcing the raw water to pass through the membrane surface at high speed in a cross-flow state. During this process, water molecules with a diameter of only 0.0001 micron can pass through the micropores of the RO membrane into the permeate side, while dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, colloids, bacteria, viruses, organic matter, pigments and odors in the water are all intercepted by the membrane layer and discharged together with the concentrate, finally producing desalinated and purified pure water.
This small-scale series is equipped with 4040 spiral-wound reverse osmosis membranes as standard. Each membrane has an effective area of 80 square feet and a stable desalination rate of ≥98%, which is suitable for operating conditions in small flow scenarios. The system can be configured with different process grades according to user requirements:
- Single-stage RO process: Suitable for scenarios with municipal tap water as raw water, with effluent conductivity ≤10 μS/cm, meeting the basic pure water requirements of ordinary beverages, drinking water and food processing.
- Double-stage RO process: Performs secondary deep desalination on the basis of first-stage RO, with effluent conductivity ≤2 μS/cm and desalination rate ≥99.5%, meeting high-purity water requirements for high-end drinks, liquor blending and formula water.
The whole operation process is automatically controlled by the electric control system, with functions such as water shortage shutdown, full water shutdown, high and low pressure protection, and automatic flushing. It can produce water stably without dedicated on-site personnel.
