Working Principle
Under high pressure, the material suspension is forced through the narrow adjustable gap of the homogenizing valve at a velocity of 200–300 m/s. When passing through the gap, the material undergoes sudden pressure drop, rapid expansion, intense shearing and high-speed collision with the impact ring. These combined effects thoroughly break down solid particles and oil droplets into micron or submicron scale, achieving uniform emulsification, dispersion and homogenization.

Equipment Types
Manual Pressure Regulating Homogenizer
Equipped with a two-stage pressure regulating device, it features reliable performance, convenient operation and no leakage pollution. It consists of handle, spring, top rod and lock nut, and the spring also provides safety protection. It is widely accepted in the market.
Hydraulic Pressure Regulating Homogenizer
This model is fitted with a hydraulic pressure regulating system. The high and low homogenizing pressures are set by adjusting the high and low pressure plunger assemblies. It can also be upgraded with proportional valves to realize remote control.
Pneumatic Pressure Regulating Homogenizer
This model is fitted with a pneumatic pressure regulating system. The high and low homogenizing pressures are set by adjusting the high and low pressure plunger assemblies. It can also be upgraded with proportional valves to realize remote control (on-site air source required).
