Working Principle

The machine adopts a double-wall pipeline structure to suck liquid and solid materials separately, which prevents them from agglomerating before entering the main mixing chamber.

Liquid flows into the main mixer body at high speed, while a vacuum is generated at the center of the rotor and stator to suck in powdery solid materials. The suction amount of solid materials can be evenly controlled by adjusting the valve below the hopper. Under the high-speed shearing and stirring of the impeller, powder and liquid are fully and rapidly mixed into a uniform mixture, which is then delivered out continuously.
