Working Principle

A vacuum environment is formed inside the degassing tank by the vacuum pump. When materials enter the vacuum tank, dissolved air and oxygen in the liquid are rapidly released under negative pressure and then pumped out, completing the deaeration and deoxidization process.

The liquid level float valve automatically regulates feeding volume to maintain stable liquid level in the tank. Degassed materials are delivered to the subsequent process by the screw conveying pump. The whole process runs in a closed vacuum environment, effectively preventing material oxidation and preserving the original flavor, color and nutrients of the product.
