Product Overview
This large-scale RO system is built for high-capacity production scenarios in the food and beverage industry, covering 15T/H, 20T/H and 60T/H specifications. It features a modular skid-mounted structure, food-grade stainless steel wetted parts and industrial redundant configuration for long-term stable operation. With optimized multi-stage membrane arrangement and energy recovery technology, it delivers high water recovery and low operating cost. The SCADA control system realizes centralized monitoring, data tracing and remote operation. It is ideal for large beverage groups, brewing bases, dairy factories and industrial park centralized water supply projects.
Equipment Principle
Based on the selective separation property of semipermeable membranes, the system drives raw water through RO membranes under 1.2–1.6 MPa working pressure via high-pressure pumps and energy recovery units. Water molecules penetrate the membrane to form pure water, while dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms and organic impurities are intercepted and discharged with concentrate.
Equipped with 8040 anti-fouling membranes in 2:1 or 3:1 multi-stage arrangement, the system reaches a desalination rate of ≥98% and a recovery rate of 70–78%. The pressure exchange energy recovery device reuses high-pressure residual energy of concentrate to reduce power consumption. Single-stage RO meets regular industrial needs, and double-stage RO with optional EDI provides higher-purity water. The system runs under full automatic control with comprehensive safety protection mechanisms.
