Product Overview
This medium-scale RO system is designed for medium-capacity production in food and beverage industries, covering 3T/H, 6T/H and 10T/H specifications. It adopts modular skid-mounted structure and food-grade 304 stainless steel materials. Fitted with industrial membranes and PLC automatic control system, the equipment runs stably around the clock. Single-stage or double-stage RO processes are available on request. It can fully satisfy the water demand of medium beverage factories, breweries, dairy plants and related processing enterprises.



Equipment Principle
Based on the selective separation feature of semipermeable membranes, the system uses a high-pressure pump to push raw water to pass through RO membranes under 1.2–1.5 MPa pressure. Water molecules permeate the membrane to form purified water, while salts, colloids, bacteria and other impurities are intercepted and discharged with concentrate.
Matched with 8040 spiral-wound membranes, the system achieves a desalination rate over 98% and a recovery rate of 60%–70%. Single-stage RO meets regular water needs, while double-stage RO provides high-purity water with conductivity below 2 μS/cm. The whole system is under automatic control with complete safety protection functions.
