Working Principle

Raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber through the top hopper, and enter the gap between two high-speed rotating white corundum grinding wheels. Under the combined action of extrusion, friction and shearing, the materials are continuously ground and refined.

Driven by centrifugal force, the finely ground pulp passes through the evenly arranged screen holes of the separation basket and is discharged from the pulp outlet, while bean dregs and coarse fibers are intercepted by the basket and discharged from the residue outlet separately. The whole process realizes continuous automatic pulp-residue separation.

  • Pure copper core high-power motor Adopts pure copper core motor with strong and stable power output, high efficiency and energy saving performance, supporting long-time continuous production operation.
  • Thickened stable chassis design The new thickened chassis increases the overall weight of the machine and lowers its center of gravity, effectively reducing vibration during operation for more stable running. It is also easy to disassemble and improves safety during transportation.
  • Food-grade hygienic construction All material-contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and fully compliant with food production hygiene standards.
