Working Principle
Bottled products to be dried are conveyed into the drying chamber by the conveyor belt. Multiple sets of high-pressure air knives spray high-speed airflow from multiple angles onto the bottle surface, quickly blowing off water droplets and residual moisture on the outer surface of bottles.
The equipment adopts low-temperature airflow drying, which avoids damage to products or labels caused by high temperature. The angle of air knives and the size of air outlets can be flexibly adjusted according to bottle shapes and production output, ensuring thorough drying on all parts of the bottle body. After drying, products are discharged through the outlet conveyor and directly enter subsequent processes such as labeling and inkjet coding.
