As an upgraded model developed by our company, this single-side self-adhesive labeling machine is a multi-functional automatic labeling equipment widely applied for round bottle products across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, condiment, fruit juice, injection, milk, essential oil and other industries.
It is compatible with glass and plastic round bottles of various specifications. The machine features stable labeling performance, high positioning accuracy and straightforward operation, and can be seamlessly connected with production lines to realize fully automatic continuous labeling production, effectively improving production efficiency and ensuring consistent labeling quality batch after batch.

Working Principle
Bottles are conveyed into the labeling station at a constant speed through the conveyor belt. When the photoelectric detection sensor detects a passing bottle, it sends a signal to the control system, which then controls the label feeding mechanism to accurately deliver a piece of self-adhesive label.
The label is precisely attached to the designated position on the bottle body. With the rotation of the bottle and the action of the rolling mechanism, the label is smoothly and firmly pressed onto the bottle surface without bubbles or wrinkles.
The whole process runs fully automatically with continuous bottle feeding and labeling. The equipment operates stably at adjustable speed, ensuring consistent high-quality labeling effect for each product.
