Driven by a professional servo system, it delivers precise and stable labeling performance with consistent positioning accuracy. It can be seamlessly connected with production lines to realize fully automatic continuous double-side labeling, effectively improving production efficiency and ensuring uniform labeling quality for mass production. For bottle specifications beyond the standard range, customized solutions are available to match special production requirements.

- High-precision servo drive system Adopts a servo drive system to ensure accurate, smooth and stable operation. It delivers precise label feeding and positioning, with labeling accuracy up to ±1mm (excluding packaging and label tolerance), guaranteeing neat and consistent labeling effect.

The applicable bottle size ranges from 20mm to 300mm in length and 15mm to 180mm in height, and custom solutions are available for oversized specifications, with strong process adaptability.

- Efficient and adjustable labeling speed Labeling speed ranges from 50 to 200 bottles per minute, subject to the size of labeled objects and labels. It supports stepless speed regulation to flexibly match production lines of different capacities and meet diversified production demands.
- Flexible label adaptability Compatible with self-adhesive labels with height from 10mm to 180mm and length from 20mm to 300mm. It supports standard label rolls with 76mm inner diameter and 400mm outer diameter, adapting to most conventional label specifications on the market.
- User-friendly design with easy maintenance Reasonable structural design with straightforward operation and convenient adjustment. It features low failure rate and simple daily maintenance, ensuring low long-term operation cost and stable continuous production.
Working Principle
Bottles are conveyed into the labeling station at a constant speed through the conveyor belt. When the photoelectric detection sensor detects a passing bottle, it sends a signal to the servo control system, which then controls the dual-side labeling mechanisms to deliver self-adhesive labels synchronously and accurately.
Labels are precisely attached to the two designated positions on both sides of the bottle body. Driven by the bottle rotation and the rolling mechanism, labels are smoothly and firmly pressed onto the bottle surface without bubbles, wrinkles or deviation.
The whole process runs fully automatically with continuous bottle feeding and labeling. The servo system ensures stable operation at adjustable speed, delivering consistent high-quality double-side labeling effect for each product.
