Working Principle
Bottles with pre-sleeved labels are fed into the steam shrink tunnel by the conveyor belt. Inside the chamber, the steam jet system sprays high-temperature steam uniformly around the bottles. The heat-shrink labels are heated evenly and shrink tightly and smoothly onto the bottle surfaces.
The conveying speed can be adjusted to control the dwell time inside the shrink tunnel, ensuring sufficient and proper shrinkage for different label materials and bottle types. After passing through the shrink zone, finished products are discharged from the outlet end, completing the whole label shrinking process.
