Working Principle
Under vacuum negative pressure condition, the boiling point of the material is significantly reduced. The material inside the jacketed concentration tank is heated by steam through the jacket, and evaporates at low temperature.
The generated secondary vapor first enters the vapor-liquid separator to remove entrained liquid droplets, then flows into the shell-and-tube condenser for condensation, and is further cooled down by the coil-type cooler, finally collected into the receiving drum. The whole concentration process runs under reduced pressure vacuum condition with low evaporation temperature, which effectively retains active ingredients of heat-sensitive materials.
