Working Principle
Under vacuum negative pressure condition, steam is introduced into the jacket of the spherical concentration tank to heat the material inside. Due to the reduced pressure, the boiling point of the material is lowered, realizing low-temperature evaporation.
The generated secondary vapor first enters the vapor-liquid separator to remove entrained liquid droplets, then flows into the condenser to be condensed into liquid, and finally collected in the receiving drum. The spherical tank structure ensures uniform heating and smooth material circulation. The whole concentration process is fast and mild, which effectively preserves active ingredients of heat-sensitive materials and completes solvent recovery simultaneously.
