Working Principle
The equipment combines external heating natural circulation with vacuum negative pressure evaporation technology. Fresh steam heats the material in the first-effect heater, and the secondary steam generated from first-effect evaporation is delivered to the second-effect heater as its heating source, realizing secondary utilization of steam energy.
Driven by the density difference caused by heating, materials circulate naturally between the external heater and the evaporation chamber. Under vacuum negative pressure, the boiling point of materials is reduced to realize low-temperature rapid evaporation. The whole process runs in a fully closed system with stable concentration effect and remarkably reduced energy consumption.
