Working Principle

The equipment integrates external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation technology. Materials are heated by steam inside the tube heater, then rise through the external circulation pipe into the evaporation chamber. Under vacuum negative pressure, the boiling point of the material is reduced, enabling rapid low-temperature evaporation.

The concentrated liquid flows back down to the heater, forming a continuous natural circulation to steadily complete the concentration process. The secondary vapor generated from evaporation enters the condenser to be condensed and recovered, which can be used for alcohol and other solvent recovery. The whole process runs in a fully closed system with no material contamination and high concentration efficiency.
