- High-efficiency concentration & parallel operation The concentrator has a large heating area with high thermal efficiency, short concentration time, low scaling tendency and convenient cleaning. The unit is equipped with an intermediate extraction liquid storage tank under the evaporator. While the extraction tank performs residue discharge and feeding for the next batch, the concentrator continuously completes concentration of the current extract and prepares for the next extraction cycle, greatly improving overall production efficiency.
- High extraction yield & premium product quality The extraction recovery rate is increased by more than 8% with high active ingredient retention. Extraction and concentration are completed in the same closed equipment with minimal material loss. Adopting low-temperature extraction technology, the final concentrated extract features high quality with pure color, aroma and taste.

Working Principle
The system integrates extraction, concentration and solvent recovery in a closed circulation loop. The solvent in the extraction tank is heated and evaporated, then condensed into liquid and flows back to the extraction tank, realizing continuous reflux extraction of raw materials.
Meanwhile, the extract is continuously delivered to the concentrator for vacuum concentration. The solvent evaporated from the concentrator is condensed and recycled back to the extraction process. This synchronous extraction and concentration mode greatly improves production efficiency, reduces solvent consumption and ensures stable and consistent product quality.
