The YYD series double-head sleeve labeler is a high-efficiency multi-functional automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine, suitable for various containers including round bottles, flat bottles, square bottles, curved bottles and cup-shaped products in food & beverage, pharmaceutical, condiment, daily chemical and other light industry sectors.
The full-enclosure stainless steel main body delivers excellent waterproof and anti-rust performance, adapting well to humid production environments. It is equipped with an adjustable cutter head featuring innovative rotary cutting design and multi-sided blades, ensuring clean and smooth cutting with extended service life. The dual-positioning central guide post structure guarantees stable and accurate label feeding.
Adopting a dual-drive design with dual label reels, it enables much faster label roll changeover and greatly reduces production downtime. The double-head parallel working structure nearly doubles the labeling capacity compared with single-head machines, making it ideal for high-volume continuous production lines.

Working Principle
Bottles are conveyed into the machine at a constant speed through the conveyor belt. The two labeling stations work in parallel and synchronously. Shrink sleeve label rolls are unwound from the dual reel system, and guided through the dual-positioning central guide post structure for accurate positioning.
Each label sleeve is precisely placed over the bottle mouth, and the rotary cutter cuts the sleeve to the preset length. After the sleeve is fully fitted onto the bottle body, bottles are delivered to the downstream shrink tunnel. Under heat treatment, the label shrinks tightly and evenly onto the bottle surface, completing the whole labeling process.
The double-head parallel design greatly improves the throughput while maintaining high labeling accuracy. The whole process runs automatically with stable speed and consistent finishing quality.
