PureAqua Waters is an emerging packaged drinking water brand based in Lagos, Nigeria. With the rapid growth of demand for safe drinking water in local communities and commercial scenarios, the brand planned to build a full-scenario product matrix: small-sized bottled purified water (500ml, 1.5L) for convenience stores and supermarkets, and 18.9L barreled purified water for office buildings, factories and household users.
With no previous experience in large-scale drinking water production, the client sought a one-stop turnkey supplier that could deliver plant design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and staff training as a complete package.




Core Challenges
- Complex raw water quality: Local municipal water supply has high TDS (total dissolved solids) and fluctuating turbidity and microbial indicators, requiring a stable and reliable deep purification process.
- Cost control demand: The client hoped to avoid repeated investment in core water treatment equipment, and improve equipment utilization through a shared system to reduce overall project cost.
- Full service requirement: Lacking professional operation and maintenance teams, the client needed systematic technical support from plant layout to daily production management.
Integrated Dual-Line Turnkey Solution from Allylinkmachine
The technical team of Henan Allylink Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. designed an intensive “shared water treatment + separate filling” solution tailored to the client’s business positioning. Raw water is purified through a complete pretreatment and single-stage RO reverse osmosis system, then divided into two paths to supply the bottled water line and barreled water line simultaneously. This design maximizes the utilization rate of core equipment and effectively lowers initial investment, while the whole line fully complies with the drinking water production standards of Nigeria NAFDAC and WHO.
